Namastey.co is committed to providing a seamless experience across its services: Shop, Learn, and Attend. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and replacements applicable to each category. By using Namastey.co, you agree to this policy.
1. Shop
No Refunds or Returns
- Products purchased through Namastey.co are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Exceptions are made only in cases of damaged products, as detailed below.
Replacement for Damaged Products
- If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must provide proof of damage (e.g., photographs or videos) within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at hello@namastey.co.
- Upon verification of the damage by Namastey.co, the product will be replaced.
- Namastey.co reserves the right to deny replacement if sufficient proof is not provided or if the claim is deemed invalid.
2. Learn
No Refunds
- Payments made for learning sessions (e.g., shloka classes, Sanskrit lessons) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Date/Time Changes
- Users may request a change in the date or time of their session based on availability of the assigned Guru (instructor).
- Such changes are limited to two (2) reschedules per quarter per user.
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance by contacting hello@namastey.co.
3. Attend
Namastey.co Hosted Events
- Tickets purchased for events directly hosted by Namastey.co are non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows or personal cancellations.
Partner Events
- For events hosted in partnership with third-party organizers:
- Namastey.co does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- In case of event cancellations by the partner, Namastey.co’s liability is limited to notifying ticket holders about the cancellation. Any further liabilities or damages arising from such cancellations are solely the responsibility of the event partner.
Event Cancellations by Namastey.co
- If an event hosted directly by Namastey.co is canceled, ticket holders will be offered either:
- A full refund of the ticket price, or
- The option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event (if applicable).
4. General Terms Applicable to All Categories
Proof of Purchase
- To process any claims (e.g., replacements for damaged products or rescheduling requests), users must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
Jurisdiction for Disputes
- Any disputes arising from this Return & Refund Policy shall be subject to arbitration and resolved exclusively in Bengaluru, India, in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
